How do you ship my order?

We offer free shipping within the Continental USA on orders over $99.   We ship through USPS and UPS. You will get an email from us once your package has been shipped.

My order does not qualify for free shipping, how much will postage cost?

Within the USA: Free shipping within the Continental USA on orders over $150. Shipping costs for an order under $150 in the Continental USA is weight based.  We ship USPS and UPS.  You may select the shipping option you prefer at checkout.

Shipping to Canada:

International Shipping:  All orders being shipped internationally (except Canada, see above) will ship USPS or UPS. You may select the shipping option you prefer at checkout. 

I need my package, like…yesterday!

We understand, you want your order as soon as possible, who doesn't? If you need expedited shipping, send us an email at shop@cocoandduckie.com, we will send you an estimate and update the shipping option for your checkout.

I don’t live in the USA or Canada, can I order something from cocoandduckie.com?

Totally! We are so exited that you found us! We ship using USPS Priority International. We make every effort to mark packages correctly to lessen duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. Send us a quick email with your address to shop@cocoandduckie.com, we will send you an estimate and update the shipping option for your checkout.

How soon will my order ship?

Within one business days. We wrap your package with lots of love at our shop in Bellville, TX. We hand deliver your package to our local USPS, so keep an eye on your mailbox 4-7 days after you place your order! International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please specify a secure shipping address!

Will you gift wrap my order?

Yes! Wrapping packages is Coco’s specialty, like for real, she is super crafty. After placing your order, email us at shop@cocoandduckie.com and we will coordinate gift wrap for you.

What if I need to return something? 

What items can be returned? We are so glad you asked! 

1) The item you wish to return must be sellable. The item cannot be worn, opened (if packaged) and the packaging cannot be marred. If the item cannot be resold, we cannot accept the return. 

2) Items purchased at a discounted price or on sale cannot be returned.

How do I return an item? Another great question, this is how you do it!

1) Within 10 days of your purchase drop us a line, you can give us a call (979) 865-9393 or write us a quick email to shop@cocoandduckie.com to let us know your recent purchase didn't quite work out this time.

2) Carefully pack and mail us your return within 10 days of delivery, we will process your return asap once we receive the unworn/unopened goods!

You may mail returns to our shop...

Oh No! My item was damaged when I received it. 

Not to worry, contact us within 3 days of receiving the package. Keep all of the packaging (product and shipment) in case the courier needs to see it to confirm damage in transit and validate returns.
