How do you ship my order

We offer free shipping within the Continental USA on orders over $100. We ship orders via USPS, UPS and FedEx. We reserve the right to upgrade your shipping in some circumstances.  You will receive an email with tracking information once your package has been shipped.

My order does not qualify for free shipping, how much will postage cost?

Within the USA:  For orders under $100, you will find the carrier's calculated shipping costs at checkout, select the shipping method you prefer at this point.

I don’t live in the USA, can I order something from cocoandduckie.com?

Absolutely!  We are making shipping available to more countries but if your country is not listed, send an email (shop@cocoandduckie.com) to us with your shipping address.  We will send you an estimate and update the shipping option for you to proceed to checkout.  We recommend DHL for international shipping.

How soon will my order ship?

We will ship your order within three business days.  We wrap your package with lots of love at our shop in Bellville, TX and USPS, UPS, or FedEx will get your package to you!  You will receive tracking information after the carrier has your package so you can keep an eye on your mailbox!  International shipping and delivery times vary, especially with the pandemic.  We recommend DHL for international shipping. 

Be sure to submit the complete shipping address, including street address, apartment numbers, city names and zip codes.  We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses that you provide.

Contact us immediately if you notice a discrepancy in your order's shipping address. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

My order is a gift, will you include a note to the recipient?

Yes, we will include a note from you if the note is submitted (in the box designated at checkout) at the time the order is placed.  You must include what you want to be written on the card and how you wish for the note to be signed in the box provided at the time of checkout.    A packing slip will be included in the package but not a receipt.  If you have questions, email us at shop@cocoandduckie.com.

A gift note cannot be included in the package after the order is placed.
