Happy National Donut Day! I told you we love our foodie holidays here at Coco and Duckie. The second thing we love about holidays (after food), is definitely dressing for the occasion! Allison, Duckie and I were so ready for today! Check out how we styled the perfectly sweet
Doughnut Earrings from
N2 Paris for today's celebration of carbo goodness!
We're starting with my outfit today! Yay!
I love pastel colors! I swear, 75% of my jewelry is pastel, although my clothes are another story. That's why I was over the moon when I found this pastel Tiki print dress from Pinup Girl Clothing! With this nice rosy beige, baby blue, pink and black print dress, I have so many options for styling + accessorizing!
Of course, I paired the Donut earrings with a pair of my mini ballerina earrings. I have them in a few colors; they have become my everyday staples! I wear these at least three times a week, depending if I have enough time to be really thoughtful about my accessories. Otherwise I just pop on some ballerinas, because I know they'll be cute.
"I love these Donuts earrings! At first glance, your mind categorizes them as hoops, and then you think, "Wait a minute...” I love details that make people do a double take, or cause them to never look away at all! ;) "
Allison is relaxed, yet perfectly put together, today! The Donut earrings add just the right amount of cheekiness to an otherwise very modern and casual look.
"The Donut earrings are fun and add a little extra zest to any outfit."
Doesn't Duckie look so cute? I love that vintage jumpsuit! She has a great eye for vintage; her closet would make you drool!
Her X Jewellery bracelets really help to complete her color story. Don't you love it?
I love the floral print romper; the colors in the Donut earrings perfectly accent it and create a really fun outfit. She's ready for whatever this day may bring: shopping, coffee, Tiki party, she'll look cute for all of it!
"Best of both worlds: a donut that lasts forever AND HAS ZERO CALORIES!!!"
Well, this National Donut Day has been a blast, but now I think it is time to collapse into a sugar coma. I hope you all celebrated well, and we'll see you next week when we style another piece of jewelry!
XO,
Coco
